how it works —
From browse to boarding.
Pick a destination.
Browse trips we've actually taken. Each itinerary is a real route we planned, tested, and refined.
Get the guide.
Instant download. Day-by-day itineraries, maps with our pinned spots, recommended activities/excursions, restaurant picks, the notes we wish we initially had, and more.
Just go.
No spreadsheets, no rabbit holes. Show up and follow the plan, or remix it your way.
how we build them —
What goes into every guide.
Every Vacationary guide takes us 30 to 50 hours to build, plus the trip itself. We start with research and spreadsheets, Reddit threads, Google deep dives, local tips, years of our own travel experience. Then we actually take the trip. We learn what worked and what didn't. More importantly, we learn what we'd do differently. Only then do we turn the whole thing into a designed guide. You're not getting our plan. You're getting our better version of it.
30–50
Hours of planning per guide
That's just the prep. The trip itself, and the refining after, come on top. No AI involved.
4.5★+
Restaurants & bars
Every spot we recommend clears a 4.5-star bar before it makes the cut.
Balanced
Not luxury, not backpacker
Nice meals, smart spending, and accommodations that fit the trip. The sweet spot for most travelers.
Routes are designed to make sense logistically, so you spend your time on the trip and not in transit. The goal is simple: use less PTO, see more of the country, and skip the countless hours of research.

the people behind it —
Just two travelers.
We're Mark and Anna. We travel a lot, plan obsessively, and build color-coded spreadsheets for every trip. Then we actually take those trips and learn what we wish we'd known. Vacationary is what happens when we take all of that and turn it into a designed guide you can actually use. Every itinerary is a route we've actually walked, eaten, and adventured our way through.
