Vacationary is the trade name of Vacationary LLC. In these Terms, "Vacationary," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Vacationary LLC, the company that owns and operates vacationary.co.
The basics
By using vacationary.co or buying an itinerary, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions: hello@vacationary.co.
What we sell
Vacationary sells digital travel itineraries (PDFs and related content). Itineraries reflect our personal experience and research at the time of writing. Travel involves real-world variables (weather, closures, prices, safety conditions) and you're responsible for verifying details before you go.
Your trip, your call
Vacationary itineraries are based on our personal travel experiences and research. They reflect our preferences, our pace, and what worked for us at the time we visited. Conditions change. Restaurants close. Routes change. Safety conditions evolve.
You are responsible for verifying that the recommendations in our itineraries still apply at the time of your trip and for making decisions appropriate to your own travel style, health, fitness level, and risk tolerance. We strongly encourage you to do your own research, check current travel advisories, confirm reservations independently, and exercise good judgment.
Vacationary is not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, or travel advisor. We do not assume responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, damage, expense, or inconvenience that may result from your use of our itineraries. Travel involves inherent risks, and you accept those risks when you choose to travel.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By checking out you also agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
Refunds
Because itineraries are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If something is genuinely wrong with your purchase (you can't access it, the file is broken, you were charged twice), email us within 14 days at hello@vacationary.co and we'll make it right.
License & use
When you buy an itinerary, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own travel. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the file publicly. All content, photos, branding, and writing remain our property.
No warranty
Itineraries are provided "as is". We do our best, but we can't guarantee that any business will still be open, that prices haven't changed, or that your experience will match ours. Always check current information before relying on travel plans.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vacationary is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our itineraries. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
