Refund Policy

Vacationary sells digital travel guides delivered as instant downloads. Because each guide is available to download and access the moment your purchase is complete, we are not able to offer refunds once a guide has been accessed or downloaded.
If something is wrong with a guide, we want to make it right. If you run into an error, a broken download, or a problem with the file itself, email us at hello@vacationary.co within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and a short description of the issue (a screenshot helps), and we will fix it, issue a refund, or find another resolution with you.
Your purchase is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record (MoR), so the charge may appear as Paddle on your statement.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer laws that apply where you live.
